It may also include device identifiers, data and telemetry such as IP or MAC address when data is linked to a specific person’s device.

How We Collect Personal Information
Personal information is collected for a variety of business reasons such as order processing, payment transactions, marketing communications, website and solution provisioning and the use of certain features, customer service, job applications, and online education. Sodesqa collects data from you through interactions you make with products and solutions provided by us/partners/third-parties. You provide data during your use and experiences with our products and solutions. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Sodesqa and its partners/third-parties and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from trusted third-party sources and engage the third parties to collect personal information on our behalf. Data collection helps us improve accuracy and completeness, allowing us to better tailor our interactions with you.

Uses of Personal Information
We may use your personal information for the purpose of operating and helping to ensure our business security, delivery, improvement, and customization of our products and solutions. In order to provide you with rich, interactive experiences, Sodesqa uses your data to provide necessary support to carry out interactions you want such as updating and securing, develop and improve our products and solutions, and promote relevant offerings based on your personalization and recommendations. Data is also used to operate our business through performance analysis, research opportunities, and legal requirements.

Sharing of Personal Information
We may share your personal information with third parties for our business operations, delivery, improvement, security, and customization of our products and solutions. With your consent, personal data is shared to complete transactions such as contacting you or giving you ability to login. Personal data is also shared with Sodesqa’s partners to carry out tasks, when required by law, protect our customers, maintain security of our products and solutions, and protect rights and property of Sodesqa and partners/third-parties.

Security of Personal Information
Your personal information is secured through physical, technical, and administrative means to protect it from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Although we have intentions to secure your data, we cannot guarantee or warrant its security 100% as it is through the Internet.

Retention of Personal Information
Personal information we collect will be retained as needed to address our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Limiting Personal Information
You can control how much personal data we collect by preference. You can decline when prompted to provide personal data. However, doing this may limit your user experience when interacting or using our products and solutions. We may also need to collect personal data by law during contract setup. You can contact Sodesqa to limit access, as required or permitted by applicable law, should tools in the products and solutions you use do not offer such.
