In the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of 2018, Sodesqa has disclosure obligations on how we collect and use personal information. In the last twelve months, Sodesqa may have collected, used, and shared, for business purposes, personal information about you as described in this Privacy Statement. California residents have the right to request access to and deletion of the information Sodesqa holds about them. Sodesqa will not discriminate against you should you decide to exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Under California Civil Code section § 1798.83, California residents have the right to request a list of all-third parties from companies conducting business in California that have disclosed personal information for direct marketing purposes in the preceding year. The law also allows you to get information from the company on how to carry out your opt-in/opt-out personal information privacy choice. As Sodesqa has disclosed opt-in/opt-out privacy choices during communication and marketing dispatching, we do not need to disclose all third-parties.
